Let’s Talk Mental Health (LTMH) is a Bangladesh-based initiative dedicated to breaking the stigma around mental health and expanding access to psychosocial support where it is needed most. Our work is grounded in empathy, action, and accountability, not conversation for the sake of conversation, but support that leads to real change.

Since our inception, we have worked with communities, schools, and young people to make mental health education accessible, practical, and culturally relevant. In 2025, our impact deepened significantly as we expanded into underserved areas, launched structured school-based programs, and created safe spaces for open dialogue among youth. What began as grassroots advocacy has grown into a nationally recognized effort, without losing sight of the individuals at the heart of our mission.
